Third week of training:

Tuesday: In this class we ran almost all the hour, like the class of last Tuesday; but in this case we had to increase the number of series (5 series of 7 minutes), increase the time per serie (4 series of 8 minutes) or we also could decrease the time of rest (1 minute instead 2 minutes).

Thursday: On this day we did ‘GAP’ (gluteus, abs and legs), practising a lot of different exercises like squats, planks, crunches, and more.We had to rest 10 seconds per each 20 seconds working out. At the end of the class we had around 10 minutes of relaxing on the floor, closing our eyes and controlling our breathing. I think it was entertaining and maybe a bit tiring, but it is an alternative and original way to keep fit and at the same time to have a good moment while you lose weight, like when we practised Zumba last week.
